We are looking for 2 Product Managers to drive digital products and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to define product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and deliver solutions that enhance customer and business outcomes.
We are hiring for the following specialisations:
Product Manager – Salesforce (preferably with Salesforce Service Cloud experience)
Product Manager – Amazon Connect (good understanding of Amazon Connect architecture, capabilities, and integration concepts)
Experience with AI-powered customer service solutions such as conversational AI, Agent Assist, or voicebots will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans.
Gather business requirements and work with stakeholders to develop digital solutions.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning to implementation.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to deliver product enhancements.
Prioritise product features based on business needs and user feedback.
Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.
Experience delivering digital products using Agile methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in product planning, solution design, testing, and product delivery.
Familiar with cloud technologies (AWS) and modern product development practices.
We are looking for candidates with experience in either:
Salesforce Product Manager
Experience with Salesforce, preferably Service Cloud.
Knowledge of Salesforce implementation, configuration, integration, workflows, and reporting.
OR
Amazon Connect Product Manager
Good understanding of Amazon Connect services, architecture, capabilities, and integration concepts.
Hands-on implementation experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Added Advantages
Experience with AI-enabled customer service solutions (e.g. conversational AI, Agent Assist, Voicebots, Agentic AI).
AWS knowledge or experience.
PMP, CITPM, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
Experience working on Government sector projects.
Vendor management experience.
