Program Analyst (1 Year Contract) #TNKC - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and business opportunities.
• Analyse market insights, competitor developments, and technology solutions to support business initiatives.
• Develop business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI assessments, and implementation considerations.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, executive summaries, and management updates.
• Support customer journey mapping, use case development, and business opportunity assessments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business, technology, and external partners to gather information and drive project progress.
• Track action items, dependencies, and project updates to support successful delivery.
• Translate complex information into clear recommendations and presentation materials for management review.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, transformation, innovation, or related functions is preferred.
• Experience in market research, business case development, financial analysis, or strategic planning is an added advantage
• Strong PowerPoint presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience that will be an added advantage:

• Consulting, strategy, transformation, or innovation-related experience.
• Exposure to financial services, technology, fintech, digital transformation, or enterprise projects.
• Experience conducting technology research, competitor analysis, or business opportunity assessments.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, automation, digital platforms, or related innovations.
