Program Delivery
- Own end-to-end program delivery across the Travel Innovation portfolio — virtual card, real time payment and parametric products and expansion across the global – APAC, EMEA, LATAM and US.
- Define and maintain program roadmaps, delivery milestones, RAID logs, and governance cadences across all workstreams
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, Claims, and Operations to keep programs on track
- Identify interdependencies between workstreams and proactively manage risks and blockers before they impact delivery
Partner & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external partners and data vendors, overseeing contract progress, SLA adherence, and escalation management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for distribution partners during program delivery phases, ensuring clear communication on scope, timelines, and open items
- Coordinate UAT, integration testing, and go-live readiness across company systems and partner platforms
Product & Commercial Support
- Work closely with the Product team to translate business requirements into delivery plans, flagging delivery, commercial or/and operational risks in proposed designs
- Support the preparation of business cases, Product Council submissions, and senior stakeholder governance review
- Track and manage program budgets and resource plans against business case and delivery plan
Regional Expansion
- Lead the structured rollout off light delay parametric products across regions and markets managing regulatory approvals, local entity requirements, partner onboarding, and operational readiness in each territory
- Build scalable playbooks and delivery frameworks that can be replicated across markets and product lines as the portfolio grows
Governance & Reporting
- Maintain clear program status reporting for senior leadership and governance forums
- Ensure all programs meet internal governance, compliance, and product approval requirements before launch
- Track post-launch performance against success criteria and coordinate remediation plans where required
Skills & Experience
Essential
- 15+ years of program or project management experience in financial services, insurtech, or a technology-led environment
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs with multiple external partners and vendors and India delivery center model
- Strong understanding of insurance product and payment delivery ideally travel business line or embedded insurance/banking
- Experience working across multiple geographies and navigating regional regulatory requirements (ie. EMEA,US, LATAM)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to senior leadership and managing partner relationships at a senior level
- Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesise complex information into clear, concise updates
- Exposure to API-based product integrations and digital distribution partnerships
- Formal PM qualification (PMP,PRINCE2, or equivalent)
