Program Manager - Part-Time

Elion Solutions is looking for Supply Chain Transformations– Program Manager. Candidate must have relevant experience in Supply Chain. PLM and NPI operations.

Role Summary

This role sits within the RL Supply Chain Transformations team, responsible for managing projects that support NPI (New Product Introduction) operations across manufacturing and supply chain. The Program Manager will ensure seamless coordination across cross-functional teams for on-time delivery of technology solutions, system enhancements, and process automation that enable NPI workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong program management capabilities with hands-on knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain operations. Experience in NPI or the broader product development lifecycle is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

● Manage detailed project timelines, milestone tracking, and deliverables

● Drive end-to-end delivery of projects supporting NPI operations - including system implementations, tool enhancements, and process automation initiatives

● Track and manage risks, dependencies, and action items; escalate issues proactively

● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business requirements

Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management

● Serve as the primary focal point between engineering teams, operations, and business stakeholders

● Lead cross-functional meetings to align project milestones, drive open items to closure, and compile regular reports for management

● Facilitate requirements workshops, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and change management for new system rollouts

Qualifications

● 5–8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, product development, or supply chain program management

● Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes, with knowledge of factory capabilities and product lifecycle management (PLM)

● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion

● Proficiency with project tracking methodologies and PM software's like Smartsheet, Jira, etc

● Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
