Support the Change Manager in preparing and consolidating monthly change management reports for internal teams and customers.

Monitor and track mandatory training completion, ensuring compliance with organizational and contractual requirements.
Support internal and external audit activities by coordinating audit documentation, tracking findings, and ensuring timely closure of audit action items.
Provide PMO and administrative support for projects, including asset administration, resource coordination, documentation management, and governance tracking.
Coordinate annual asset verification exercises and maintain accurate asset inventory records.
Track and monitor service requests, working closely with team leads to ensure timely resolution and status updates.
Prepare and distribute monthly service request and operational performance reports.
Support project and operational governance activities, including meeting coordination, action tracking, and status reporting.
Manage meeting room bookings, logistics arrangements, and administrative support for team meetings and workshops.
Assist in organizing team engagement activities, events, and welfare initiatives for onsite and offsite staff.
Maintain project records, meeting minutes, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and other PMO documentation as required.
Perform additional project coordination and administrative duties to support successful project delivery and operational excellence.
