Roles and Responsibilities

Our company is seeking to hire a Project Analyst who will be responsible of assisting our Project Managers and Directors with various projects deliverables. The tasks will include performing various coordinating tasks, tracking deliverables, asset management, resource planning, financials and timelog, along with administrative duties including maintaining project documentation and handling security clearance. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management, willing to stretch your limits and good communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on time sensitive deadlines.

As a Project Analyst you will:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules
• Track work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Organizing, attending and taking minutes in stakeholder meetings.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Oversee project procurement management
• Review CVs, track and arrange interviews with Tech Leads
• Responsible to submit and track all Security clearances for new members joining the project
• Assist on tracking on Asset Management laptops, mobile devices and etc
• Assist on tracking timelog on monthly basis
• Assist PM on financial forecast, billings to clients and payments to service providers.
• Providing administrative support as needed for quarterly townhalls and Team events.

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma in business or related field of study
• Proven work experience of at least 1 to 3 years as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including PPT, Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Passionate in Mobile Applications is a must, and with experience is a big plus
