Project Management Executive (PMO/Gaming) - Proficiency In Mandarin - Part-Time

About the Role

As a PMO Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered with consistency, transparency, and alignment to business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to drive project governance, track performance, and provide insights that enable leadership to make informed decisions. This role requires efficient organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the PMO in planning, monitoring, and executing projects across multiple business units.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports to ensure transparency and alignment with stakeholders.

• Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and risks, escalating issues when necessary.

• Assist in the establishment and improvement of frameworks, processes, and best practices.

• Consolidate data for management reviews, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.

• Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned to support the business and leadership needs.

• Facilitate requirements discussions and translate specifications in both ENGLISH and MANDARIN with stakeholders in China who communicate solely in MANDARIN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

• 2 years or above of relevant work experience

• Good organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

• Proficient (written and spoken) in ENGLISH and CHINESE (Min B3 in GCE "O" Level CHINESE) or equivalent) to facilitate requirements discussions, translate specifications with MANDARIN-SPEAKING ONLY stakeholders in China.

• Meticulous, logical thinker with a focus on efficiency and results.

• Experience in the technology, gaming, or digital industry is a plus.
