Project Management Lead - Contract - Part-Time

About This Role

We are looking for a Program / Project Management Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) and prototype initiatives with a strong AI focus.

This role is critical in accelerating innovation and ensuring seamless execution across global teams, enabling successful product launches and measurable business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Lead end-to-end delivery of NPI and prototype programs, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality expectations

▪ Develop and manage program plans, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms for multiple concurrent initiatives

▪ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business, engineering, partners, and channel teams across Singapore, India, and Europe

▪ Translate business requirements into structured delivery roadmaps with an AI-driven and data-informed approach

▪ Manage interdependencies, risks, and issues, proactively driving mitigation strategies

▪ Track and report program performance using defined KPIs and milestones

▪ Drive effective communication and coordination across global teams to ensure alignment and transparency

▪ Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence in program delivery

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

▪ Proven experience in program or project management within technology or digital environments

▪ Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including NPI or product development processes

▪ Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in business or technology solutions

▪ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across geographically distributed teams

▪ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

▪ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

▪ Experience working with cross-regional teams and managing global stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The following qualifications are optional but will strengthen your application:

▪       Certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum)

▪       Experiencein technology consulting or large-scale transformation programs

▪       Familiarity with partner ecosystems, channel operations, or product commercialization

▪       Exposure to digital transformation or innovation-led initiatives
