Project Manager

We are looking for qualified Project Manager who can plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget while ensuring the customer’s satisfaction. This includes planning for resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

1. Project sizing and project scoping
2. Prepare tender proposal and quotation
3. Produce proof of concept and prototype
4. Manage and lead IT project team using Agile Method
5. Track project milestones and deliverables
6. Liaise and coordinate with both external and internal parties to ensure smooth running of IT projects
7. Conduct requirement analysis, project monitoring, status tracking, testing, training
8. Perform presentation, user walk-through, reporting, documentation, minutes writing
9. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
10. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
11. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of thr project
12. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts
13. Ensure a match between customer expectations and delivery
14. Pro-active in attending to client’s needs, respond to customer’s feedback and request promptly
15. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction

Project Manager Requirements:

1. Diploma or higher
2. Certifications in PMP or ScrumMaster or equivalent
3. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
4. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
5. Great interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
7. Must be service oriented, able to build rapport with customers and willing to go the extra mile
8. Familiar with web and mobile development technologies
9. Resourceful, adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
10. Strong time management skills and able to complete tasks on schedule
