Project Manager (Digital Products) - Part-Time

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with an established technology solutions provider to hire a Project Manager to support the delivery of impactful digital products and transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to bring digital solutions from concept to launch. You will play a critical role in coordinating product delivery, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful product adoption by end users.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality digital products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Project Coordination

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to drive successful product delivery
• Facilitate sprint planning sessions, daily scrums, retrospectives, and agile delivery activities
• Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and development progress to ensure timely execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and project momentum

User Engagement & Product Adoption

• Support user interviews and requirement gathering activities to better understand business and user needs
• Coordinate user education and product adoption initiatives post-release
• Gather user feedback and work with product and engineering teams to continuously improve product experience

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Coordinate and support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and security testing activities before production release
• Ensure issues, defects, and risks are tracked, prioritised, and resolved effectively
• Support release readiness and deployment coordination activities

Operational Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide post-release product support and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams
• Maintain clear project documentation, meeting minutes, status updates, and operational records
• Drive process improvements and contribute to delivery best practices within agile product teams

Requirements

Experience & Background

• Proven experience managing or coordinating digital product delivery projects
• Experience working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or product delivery methodologies
• End-to-end exposure to digital product development lifecycle

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in:Documentation and reportingMeeting coordination and minute takingStakeholder communicationTechnical or functional writing
• Highly organised, meticulous, and detail-oriented
• Strong follow-through and ability to drive tasks to completion
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following certifications or experience will have an added advantage:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Product Owner certifications
• Business Analysis certifications
• Experience working in digital transformation or technology consulting environments
• Exposure to enterprise or government digital projects
