Project Manager, Hybrid, Upto $8000 - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver according to agreed plans, timelines, and organizational policies.
• Act as the key liaison between Product Management and internal stakeholders including Finance, Technology, Customer Experience, Operations, Marketing, and Distribution.
• Provide regular project updates, ensuring visibility of progress, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables from planning through to completion and post-implementation review.
• Ensure all project governance, approvals, and documentation are completed and maintained accurately.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies and recommend practical solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related fields
• 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services or insurance
• Strong project management and coordination experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
