Project Manager - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, implementation, and delivery.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee testing activities (SIT/UAT) and support production deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and management updates.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, policies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end system implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, project governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating business users, IT teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within budget and timelines.

Preferred

• Experience working with banking systems, payments, treasury, trade finance, or regulatory projects.
• Experience working with Japanese banks or multinational financial institutions.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
