Project Manager - Part-Time

Our client is a well-established technology-focused organisation delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives across enterprise and public sector environments.

They are seeking a project manager to lead complex technology projects involving cloud infrastructure, system integration, software delivery, and operational readiness. This role requires a hands-on project manager who can effectively manage stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful project outcomes from initiation through implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠  ⁠Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation projects.

•⁠  ⁠Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.

•⁠  ⁠Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

•⁠  ⁠Drive infrastructure and application delivery projects involving cloud platforms and enterprise systems.

•⁠  ⁠Manage system integration initiatives and data connectivity requirements across multiple platforms.

•⁠  ⁠Facilitate technical discussions between business, product, engineering, and operations teams.

•⁠  ⁠Ensure technical deliverables align with business objectives and architectural standards.

•⁠  ⁠Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), security testing, and release validation activities.

•⁠  ⁠Support production readiness assessments prior to deployment.

•⁠  ⁠Work with engineering teams to improve deployment, monitoring, and release management practices.

•⁠  ⁠Identify project and operational risks and implement mitigation plans.

•⁠  ⁠Support audit preparation activities and compliance requirements.

•⁠  ⁠Establish incident management and operational recovery processes.

•⁠  ⁠Drive issue resolution to closure and ensure accountability across stakeholders.

Requirements

•⁠  ⁠Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

•⁠  ⁠3+ years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.

•⁠  ⁠Proven track record delivering software, infrastructure, cloud, or system integration projects.

•⁠  ⁠Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, Waterfall).

•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform

•⁠  ⁠Understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, and data flows.

•⁠  ⁠Exposure to DevOps environments and CI/CD practices.

•⁠  ⁠Experience coordinating testing activities including SIT, UAT, and security testing.
