Project Manager - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Critical systems ops: vendor management, project budgets/service requests, audit/compliance/security remediation, AWS/GCC infra management, CR delivery oversight, zero-downtime business continuity for internet-facing eServices
• Standard PM: project plans/schedules/resourcing, stakeholder management, risk/issue management, governance reporting, scope/timeline/budget/quality ownership, UAT/deployment coordination, Agile/Waterfall methodology adherence

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years PM experience in government/public sector
• Experience managing critical government systems operations
• Government IM8 policy/compliance knowledge
• AWS or GCC cloud infrastructure experience
• Internet-facing eServices management background
• Government digital transformation experience
• Auth gateway integration experience
• Payment gateway integration experience (GIRO, PayNow, bank integrations)
• Experience with financial institutions/payment gateways (e.g., DBS, Stripe)
• PMP, CITPM or equivalent certification preferred
• Contract management/procurement experience
• Strong vendor management, risk/change management, stakeholder communication
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
