Software Engineer – Django Python (1-Year Contract)

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Django Python Framework.
• Proven experience working with MariaDB/MySQL in high-volume transactional environments.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Experience designing and developing secure REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Linux environments and Git version control.
• Experience working with NGINX and/or Apache web servers.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Microservices Architecture.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Java, Angular, React, and Cloud Computing platforms.
• Knowledge of application security practices, including:Authentication and authorizationEncryptionSecure coding principlesFraud prevention controls

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–5 years of software development experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade applications in a fast-paced environment.
