Join a leading global organization and play a key role in driving the adoption of data and digital transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia & Australia. You will partner with business leaders and project teams to embed new technologies, processes, and ways of working, ensuring successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities for data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption plans.
• Drive user readiness and adoption through workshops, communications, and change interventions.
• Assess change impacts, manage risks, and address adoption challenges.
• Monitor change effectiveness and provide insights to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 4–7 years' experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting technology, data, analytics, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
