Job description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Enforcement Specialist to support content integrity, user safety, and platform trust initiatives within a global technology environment.

The successful candidate will review and assess complex content moderation and enforcement cases, apply policy guidelines consistently, identify emerging platform risks, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely enforcement decisions.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, incident response, investigations, or online operations who are passionate about maintaining safe online communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and action content enforcement cases accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Apply platform policies, community standards, advertiser policies, commerce policies, and other operational guidelines consistently.
  • Utilize strong contextual understanding and analytical judgment when assessing complex or sensitive content.
  • Participate in investigations involving escalated or high-priority cases.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Policy, Legal, Operations, Product, and other cross-functional teams to resolve ambiguous cases.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in enforcement decisions.
  • Escalate cases requiring additional review or expertise through established channels.
  • Stay current on policy updates, operational processes, enforcement standards, and workflow changes.
  • Identify emerging content trends, user behavior patterns, and platform risks, providing actionable insights to internal teams.
  • Contribute to AI and machine learning improvement initiatives by supporting content quality reviews and contextual assessments.
  • Support a global operational model, which may occasionally require flexibility outside standard business hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, online operations, incident response, investigations, crisis management, or a related field within the technology industry.
  • Experience handling high-volume review queues while maintaining strong quality standards.
  • Ability to interpret, understand, and consistently apply complex operational policies and guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate nuanced situations and make sound judgments under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and navigating complex operational issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with content moderation tools, workflow systems, or case management platforms.
  • Ability to work with potentially sensitive, graphic, or objectionable content in a professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience identifying trends, risks, and emerging online behaviors.
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, or language model evaluation projects.
  • Experience in investigations, escalations management, or risk assessment functions.
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
