Regulatory Analyst - Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Analyst with a background in the banking or financial services industry. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Review and interpret regulatory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions. 

• Assess the impact of new and updated regulatory requirements on reporting processes. 

• Convert regulatory requirements into business and functional specifications. 

• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD). 

Regulatory Reporting Expertise 

Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting requirements for one or more of the following regulators: 

• Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) 

• Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) 

• Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) 

Technical Skills 

• Advanced SQL 

• Data Analysis 

• Advanced Microsoft Excel 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. 

Desired Experience 

• 4+ years of experience within Banking or Financial Services. 

• Experience supporting regulatory reporting for one or more regulators such as MAS, BNM, or HKMA. 

• Sound understanding of banking regulatory reporting frameworks and reporting processes. 

• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies. 

• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, compliance, finance, and technology teams. 

• Knowledge of Basel or risk reporting will be an added advantage.
