RPA Developer (UiPath / Blue Prism) - Part-Time

We are seeking a talented RPA Developer with hands-on experience in UiPath and/or Blue Prism to design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable RPA solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and/or Blue Prism.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Create process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and technical specifications.
• Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed bots.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and RPA best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation projects on time.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Skills/Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Blue Prism development.
• Strong understanding of process automation, workflow design, and exception handling.
• Experience with SQL databases, APIs, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certified Professional (Associate/Advanced) and/or Blue Prism Certification.
• Experience with OCR, AI/ML, Document Understanding, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, or other automation tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
