Salesforce Business Analyst - Part-Time

Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, and implementation partners. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our Salesforce transformation programme, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solution designs.
• Work with Salesforce advisors, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver solutions.
• Support Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and adoption.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and basic platform configurations.
• Drive project delivery across multiple Salesforce workstreams.
• Provide governance, oversight, and ownership of the Salesforce platform.
• Support strategic roadmap initiatives including AI and advanced CRM capabilities.

Requirements

• Business Analyst experience working on Salesforce Sales Cloud projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and managing business expectations.
• Financial Services industry experience is required.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Basic Salesforce configuration experience.
• Experience managing vendors and external implementation partners.
