Salesforce Developer - Part-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. The role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality applications, support system integrations, and contribute to ongoing platform improvements across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic tools.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Participate in solution design, technical documentation, and implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform defect resolution, and support production environments.
• Conduct unit testing and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities while delivering projects within agreed timelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Experience with Salesforce platform capabilities, custom development, and integrations.
• Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, APIs, and Salesforce configuration.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data models.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce certifications are an advantage.

This is an initial 12-months contract role, with possibilities for renewals and extensions.
