Salesforce Developer - PSS - Part-Time

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Developer to build and support Salesforce solutions, primarily on Service Cloud and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), for public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using best practices.
• Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
• Configure and enhance Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge, Service Console, Entitlements, and Omni-Channel.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and support data migration activities.
• Participate in the full SDLC, including development, testing, deployments, code reviews, and production support.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 - 7 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
• Must have 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is mandatory
• Must have experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience in REST/SOAP API integrations and Salesforce data migration tools are preferred is required.
• Experience in unit testing, code reviews, and Salesforce security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is mandatory.
• Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures).
• OmniStudio Developer Certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in government or public sector projects will be highly preferred.
