SAP AP/CO Lead Consultant - Part-Time

What You Will Do

•    Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAPFI-AP and FI-CO solutions on S/4HANA

•    Drive Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process design —covering invoice processing, vendor management, and payment runs

•    Define cost allocation, planning, budgeting, and variance analysis frameworks

•    Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specs and configurations

•    Collaborate with FI, MM, SD, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration

•    Work with ABAP developers on enhancements, interfaces, and RICEF object design

•    Support data migration, SIT/UAT testing, and cutover activities

•    Champion S/4HANA innovations including Universal Journal and real-time analytics

Key Configuration Areas

•    SAP FI-AP:

○   Vendor master data, invoice posting and validation

○   Automatic payment program (F110)

○   Withholding tax and tax integration

•    SAP FI-CO:

○   Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA) and Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

○   Internal Orders, Product Costing (PC)

○   Profitability Analysis (CO-PA — account-based& costing-based)

○   Variance calculations, overhead, WIP, and settlement

○   Actual price calculation and budget planning

•    Nice to have: Asset Accounting (AA), REFX, Fund Management, Grant Management

What We Are Looking For

•    Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

•    10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5years in S/4HANA

•    Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementations (at least 4 years total), with 2+ being S/4HANA projects

•    5+ years leading functional workstreams, managing a team of at least 3 consultants
