SAP Consultant (FSCM) - Part-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FSCM Consultant with strong expertise in Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Fixed Asset Accounting. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and working closely with business stakeholders to design and implement scalable finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA FSCM implementations with a focus on Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management.
• Configure and implement SAP FSCM modules based on business requirements and best practices.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure and support SAP Fixed Asset Accounting (FI-AA), including asset master data, depreciation, acquisitions, retirements, transfers, and capitalization.
• Integrate FSCM and FI-AA with SAP FI, SD, MM, and other finance modules.
• Participate in workshops, blueprinting, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Support data migration, master data validation, and defect resolution during implementation.
• Work closely with technical teams for RICEFW developments, interfaces, enhancements, and reports.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and business users across different regions.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO/FSCM consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA FSCM: Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management
• Strong experience in SAP Fixed Asset Accounting (FI-AA).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (2020/2021/2022/2023 versions preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI integration with SD, MM, and Treasury.
• Experience in business process analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable, Credit Risk Management, Collections, and Financial Accounting processes.
• Experience in data migration, interfaces, and RICEFW objects.

Required Experience

• Minimum 8 years of SAP consulting experience.
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects as an SAP FSCM Consultant.
• Experience in global rollout, implementation, or transformation projects.
• Experience in conducting workshops, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP Treasury, Group Reporting, or Cash Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• SAP S/4HANA FSCM/FICO certification is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance/FSCM is preferred
