SAP Data Engineer - Part-Time

We are looking for a SAP Data Engineer / Analytics Consultant on a 12 months extendable contract basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Partner with business stakeholders across various departments to define and translate business needs into actionable data-driven strategies.
2. Source data from SAP and convert it to SQL or pyspark messages; build the logic for the data extraction, analysing the SAP transaction data related to required information.
3. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data replication between SAP and Microsoft Azure
4. Perform deep analysis of SAP data utilizing advanced SQL queries and data mining techniques to identify anomalies and ensure data integrity.
5. Develop, and implement complex data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SAP technologies and tools (e.g., SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA).
6. Highlight technical flaws and suggest data quality initiatives, and data governance best practices to optimize data management and accessibility within the organization.

Expereince and Skillset:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong focus on SAP data.
• Strong SQL querying skills and proficiency in data manipulation techniques.
• Proven expertise in SAP data management technologies, including SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, and SAP BW/4HANA.
• In-depth knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
