Job Description - SAP Data Lead(SuccessFactors) - 12 Months Contract - Up To SGD19k - Part-Time
We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Lead (SuccessFactors). In this role, you will lead data design, migration, governance, and quality across SAP SuccessFactors, legacy systems, and HR tools, ensuring a trusted, consistent data foundation for intelligent HR operations, analytics, and GenAI.
Key Responsibilities:
Defined and managed the enterprise HR data strategy, including architecture, data models, hierarchies, and standards, supporting analytics, reporting, and AI readiness across multiple SuccessFactors instances.
Led end-to-end data migration and conversion from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors, including strategy, mapping, transformation, validation, and multiple migration cycles.
Designed and implemented data quality frameworks with KPIs, cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment activities to ensure high data integrity for GenAI and advanced analytics initiatives.
Established global data governance policies, roles, and standards, ensuring compliance, data ownership, stewardship, and metadata management across HR and IT teams.
Drove data harmonization across multiple SAP SuccessFactors instances, resolving conflicts, redundancies, and ensuring consistency in core objects, picklists, and reporting data models.
Defined data integration requirements between SuccessFactors and other HR, payroll, finance, and analytics systems, ensuring data traceability, consistency, and auditability.
Partnered with cross-functional stakeholders and led a team of data analysts and migration specialists to deliver data-driven HR solutions, workshops, and validation reviews aligned with business outcomes.
Qualifications:
8+ years in HR technology with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors data management and global HR transformation programs.
Proven experience handling multi-instance SAP SuccessFactors landscapes for large, global organizations with complex data and regulatory needs.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data model, including core objects, position management, and HR structures.
Experience with data migration tools (SF Data Import, ETL, Spinifex, OpenText), data cleansing, masking, and integration flows.
Understanding of HR data governance, master data management, privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPA), and data privacy controls.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage delivery of complex data initiatives in regulated environments.
