Title:  SAP Finance AR Lead

Shift: regular shift

Primary Purpose

As an SAP AR Lead Consultant,you will play a key leadership role in driving finance transformationinitiatives, focusing on Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash processes acrossSAP S/4 HANA landscapes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Accounts Receivable (AR) solutions within SAP FI
• Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process design, including billing, invoicing, collections, and dispute management for financial accounting and compliance requirements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, credit controls, accounting standards and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to automate AR processes and improve operational efficiency
• Exposure to SAP Central Finance or shared service models.
• Lead functional workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations (design → deployment → support)
• Conduct workshops to gather and analyse business requirements for financial track.
• Translate requirements into functional design and configuration specifications
• Collaborate with FI, MM, SD, and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration
• Collaborate with technical (ABAP) teams for RICEFW enhancements, interfaces, and integrations
• Design and review functional specifications for RICEF objects
• Support data migration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities

Technical Responsibilities

• Configure and drive SAP FI-AR modules and key processes, including:
• Customer master data
• Incoming payments and clearing
• Credit management (FSCM)
• Dunning and collections processes
• Deep expertise and Hands-on experience in:
• SAP FI Accounts Receivable configuration
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle processes
• Customer invoicing, collections, and credit management
• SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management – Credit, Collections, Dispute Management)
• SAP Fiori applications for AR monitoring and collections
• Cash application automation tools and AI-based matching solutions
• Nice to have experience in :
• Asset Accounting and REFX
• Fund Management and Grant Management

Role Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline
• Over 10 years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years with S/4HANA with strong focus on SAP FI-AR
• SAP certification in FI or S/4HANA Finance
• Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (e.g., RISE with SAP)
• Completed a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementation projects (lasting at least 4 years in total), with at least 2 of them being S/4HANA projects
• More than 5 years of team lead experience
• Has managed and led at least 3 team members
• Has worked on projects involving at least 20 company codes and/or plants
