SAP Finance & Accounting Consultant (1-Year Contract)

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Finance & Accounting Consultant with strong functional expertise in finance processes and hands-on SAP configuration experience. The role involves working closely with finance stakeholders, supporting implementations, and ensuring smooth financial operations within SAP systems for the duration of the contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve operational issues
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including GL reconciliation
• Configure and maintain SAP Finance modules
• Handle end-to-end processes across GL, AR, AP, and Asset Accounting
• Work on custom finance reports and enhancements
• Support SAP implementation projects (ECC / S/4HANA)
• Debug and analyze issues with technical teams when required

Core Skills

• 3+ Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance Modules
• Strong knowledge of:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Receivable (AR)Accounts Payable (AP)Asset Accounting
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Finance modules
• Understanding of finance processes (reconciliation, closing cycles)
• Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP with debugging capability
