SAP HCM Technical Consultant (ABAP) - Part-Time

Job Description

·      We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ABAP development for SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Payroll. 

·      The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HCM and SuccessFactors technical solutions, while collaborating with functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality HR applications. 

Key Responsibilities 

·      Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors custom developments. 

·      Develop and maintain RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows). 

·      Perform technical development using ABAP for SAP HCM modules. 

·      Develop and support payroll-related custom programs, reports, and enhancements. 

·      Design and implement integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors. 

·      Work on HR data migration activities, including data conversion and validation. 

·      Develop technical objects using BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, IDocs, RFCs, and ALE. 

·      Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

·      Support system enhancements, testing, deployment, and production issues. 

·      Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 

Required Skills & Experience 

·      Strong experience in SAP HCM Technical (ABAP) Development. 

·      Hands-on expertise in developing HR-related ABAP objects for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. 

·      Strong knowledge of SAP HCM data structures and Infotypes. 

·      Experience with Payroll-related developments and reporting. 

·      Expertise in developing RICEFW objects. 

·      Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with SAP SuccessFactors. 

·      Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects. 

·      Familiarity with HR data migration tools and methodologies. 

·      Strong technical expertise in BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, IDocs, RFCs, and ALE. 

·      Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
