SAP PS/PM Consultant - Part-Time

Job Description

·      We are seeking an experienced SAP PS/PM Consultant to lead the SAP Project Systems (PS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) workstream for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. 

·      The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Project Systems, Finance & Billing, Plant Maintenance, Service Management, and Cross-Module Integration, with the ability to drive workshops, solution design, and end-to-end implementation activities. 

 Key Responsibilities 

·       SAP Project Systems (PS)

·       Lead the SAP Project Systems (PS) workstream and solution design 

·      Design and configure: Project Structures (WBS, Networks, Milestones) Milestone Billing Resource-Related Billing Project Costing & Profitability Reporting Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) Revenue Recognition Processes 

·      SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) & Service Management 

·      Own SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solution design

·      Configure and optimize: Equipment Master Data Preventive Maintenance (PM) Strategies Corrective Maintenance (CM) Processes Service Management Functions 

·      Integration & Solution Governance 

·      Govern cross-functional integration across: PS ↔ SD PS ↔ FI/CO PS ↔ HCM/Payroll PM/PS ↔ Time Recording Solutions 

·      Drive end-to-end process integration and solution consistency 

·      Lead business workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design reviews 

·      Act as the key owner for cross-module integration and business process alignment 

Required Skills:

·      SAP Expertise SAP Project Systems (PS) – Mandatory SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) SAP Service Management (SM) SAP S/4HANA 

·      Functional Expertise Project Costing & Billing Milestone Billing Resource-Related Billing Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) Revenue Recognition Project Profitability Reporting Equipment Maintenance Service Management 

·      Integration Expertise SAP SD SAP FI/CO SAP HCM / Payroll Time Recording Solutions Cross-Module Integration 

 Experience & Qualifications 

·       15–18 years of overall SAP experience

·       8+ years of SAP PS experience with strong focus on Finance & Billing 

·      5+ years of SAP PM/SM experience

·       Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Implementations 

·      Experience in Service Delivery, Asset-Intensive, Engineering, Utilities, or Industrial sectors 

·      Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

·       Proven ability to lead solution design and cross-functional integration initiatives
