SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation Lead (Mining MNC, Up To 19.5k) - Part-Time

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a mining MNC to look for a SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation Lead who drives SAP S/4HANA Contract-to-Cash and logistics transformation by leading end-to-end process improvement, solution delivery, and stakeholder collaboration to ensurestandardized, high-quality, and business-alignedERP outcomes.  

The Talent

Core Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in business process improvement, ERP transformation, or SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Contract-to-Cash (C2C), logistics, and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including testing, data migration, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and tools such as Signavio, Azure DevOps, SAP Cloud ALM, or Tricentis qTest.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills in complex transformation programmes.

Job Description

• Drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation activities across solution design, testing, data migration, deployment, and business readiness.
• Lead business process improvement, standardization, and simplification using Fit-to-Standard, Lean, Six Sigma, and process mining methodologies.
• Ensure solution quality by defining business requirements, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and resolving process or system gaps.
• Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, architects, technology teams, and system integrators to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support data simplification, reporting capabilities, user adoption, training, change management, and business transition.
• Monitor project governance, quality, KPIs, risks, and compliance while promoting clean-core SAP principles and continuous improvement.
