SAP Solution Architect (FICO) - Part-Time

What You Will Do

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance workstreams across full lifecycle implementations and rollouts
• Design end-to-end solutions for AP, AR, CO, O2C, and P2P processes
• Facilitate requirement workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications
• Define RICEFW specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and integrations
• Ensure integration across FI, MM, SD, PP, and other functional areas
• Drive compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls
• Identify opportunities to automate finance processes and improve efficiency
• Advise clients on technology roadmaps and SAP best practices
• Mentor junior team members and guide functional consultants

Technical Areas

• SAP FI: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, REFX
• SAP CO: Controlling, Cost Management
• SAP FSCM: Credit, Collections, Dispute Management
• Fund Management and Grant Management
• O2C and P2P lifecycle processes
• SAP Fiori for AR monitoring and collections
• Cash application automation and AI-based matching
• SAP Central Finance / Shared Services (advantageous)
• RISE with SAP / cloud deployments (advantageous)

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 15+ years of SAP experience, with at least 7 years on S/4HANA
• SAP certification in FI or S/4HANA Finance
• Minimum 5 end-to-end full lifecycle SAP implementations, with at least 3 on S/4HANA
• At least 7 years in a team lead capacity, managing 10 or more consultants
• Experience on projects involving 30+ company codes and/or plants
