Security Engineer (JD#9385) - Part-Time

Job Summary

As a team member in the project delivery, you will have the opportunity to contribute to deliver projects and implementation of Security solutions across infrastructure and systems.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Infocomm Security, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Computer Science;
• At least 2 year of implementing and managing complex IT infrastructure systems and services;
• Hands-on experience on security operations, patching, hardening of networks and servers, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, incident response;
• Working knowledge and experience on cybersecurity technologies and tools such as:
• PAM (CyberArk / Beyondtrust);
• DAM (IBM Guardium, Imperva SecureSphere DAM);
• SIEM (Splunk, IBM Qradar, FortiSIEM);
• Endpoint (Trend Micro, Carbon Black, SEP) and;
• VA scanner (Tenables);
• Familiar with industry best practice security standards and policies in IT security assessments and risk review,
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work well with cross-organizational teams.

Desired Skill-set

• GPEN, CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001, OSCP, CREST certification.

Responsibilities

• Focus on project delivery and implementation for security-related products across infrastructure and systems;
• Perform configuration, testing, and maintenance support for security devices;
• Experience in Information Security Risk Management, Vulnerability Management, and Assessments;
• Serve as the Technical Support expert capable of handling escalations, incidents, outages, and infrastructure challenges;
• Operate, manage, and support IT infrastructure and services to meet prescribed service levels;
• Ensure that project implementation and operations align with technology standards and policies.
