Senior Business Analyst - Part-Time

Job Summary

Lead business analysis efforts to define detailed functional specifications and optimize digital transaction banking channels across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. Drive requirements elicitation, process documentation, impact assessment, and risk management to support agile product development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and elicit business requirements to create detailed functional specifications aligned with business needs
• Document and model “to-be” business and operational processes based on agreed requirements and function points
• Perform impact assessments and estimations to evaluate changes and project scope
• Monitor and manage risks and issues related to requirements and scope creep to ensure project delivery
• Capture, analyze, and elaborate user stories in JIRA to support agile product development cycles
• Apply knowledge of payment systems and regulatory environments in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong to inform solution design
• Utilize understanding of technology trends to advise on digital channel strategies for transaction banking
• Demonstrate resourcefulness, self-motivation, and proactivity in fast-paced environments to meet project goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in Business Analysis with 8–10 years of relevant work
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Channels and transaction banking
• Detailed knowledge of payment systems and regulatory requirements in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Agile product development experience
• Understanding of technology trends related to digital banking channels
• Familiarity with JIRA for requirements management
