Senior Business Architect (Avaloq / Olympic) - Part-Time

This is a 6 to 12-month agency contract role (renewable).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Support early-stage banking package implementation across front, middle, and back-office functions.

·      Bridge business and IT to drive practical implementation

·      Analyze current processes, data, and manual activities through discussions and on-site observation

·      Support implementation of banking/wealth systems (Avaloq or Olympic) from a business perspective

·      Assess fit between business needs and system capabilities, identifying gaps

·      Coordinate between business teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors

·      Support issue identification and stakeholder alignment across functions

·      Organize risks, issues, and solutions for decision-making

·      Assist in planning and reviewing implementation roadmaps, especially early stages

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·      Experience in financial institutions, especially system implementation

·      Hands-on experience with Avaloq or Olympic (implementation, requirements, enhancements, or support)

·      Good understanding of front, middle, and back-office operations

·      Client-side experience (PM, PMO, BA, etc.)

·      Experience in working in global, cross-cultural teams

·      Japanese language proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Japan‑based stakeholders

·      Experience in private banking, wealth management, or securities systems

·      Experience in regional/overseas roles with limited HQ Support
