Senior Business Systems Analyst (Contract) - Part-Time

Job Description:

This role combines post-sales engagement management with business systems analysis responsibilities.

• As the Engagement Manager, the person will be the main client contact, responding promptly and proactively to project needs, concerns, and deliverables.
• Using a consultative approach, the candidate will identify client pain points and recommend suitable solutions to grow Newgen’s business with existing customers.
• As a Business Systems Analyst, the individual must have strong functional knowledge products and solutions, along with a solid understanding of their technical architecture.

Must have Product experience:

• Record Management System
• Enterprise content management system
• Integration of AI in RMS and ECM
• GCC+ working experience in container based Architecture  
• Experience in Government sector project in Singapore region.
• The role involves working with business users and process owners to gather requirements and document them clearly, reducing ambiguity and enabling smooth coordination with the development and configuration teams.
• The objective is to keep the project on track and ensure smooth delivery with minimal issues or gaps.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should hold a degree from a reputable institution and have 6–8 years of experience as a systems analyst or marketing professional for software products such as ERP, CRM, and DMS across industries including BPO, banking, financial services, insurance, e-governance, and telecom.
• A strong understanding of software market dynamics and software development processes is required.
• The candidate should be proficient in software implementation and demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Candidates with experience delivering software solutions in insurance, or government sectors will be preferred.
