Senior Engineer, IT Infrastructure (Up To $6400) - Part-Time

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Duties

• Monitor IT systems, cloud infrastructure, networks, and applications to ensure smooth operations

• Manage alerts, incidents, and service issues, coordinating with relevant technical teams for resolution

• Maintain monitoring dashboards and track system performance, uptime, and service health

• Support incident management, troubleshooting, and service reliability improvements

• Monitor and manage AWS/cloud infrastructure costs and identify optimization opportunities

• Prepare operational, performance, and cost reports for stakeholders

• Work closely with application, infrastructure, network, and database teams

• Improve monitoring processes, automation, and operational workflows

• Maintain documentation for monitoring procedures, alerts, and governance processes

• Provide after-hours support during critical incidents when required

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, NOC, or system monitoring

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or ELK Stack

• Familiar with AWS cloud environment and infrastructure operations

• Knowledge of incident management, ITIL processes, and service reliability concepts

• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination skills

• AWS or FinOps certifications are advantageous
