Senior Full Stack Developer (21 June 2024) - Part-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in building high-performing front end applications using React JS and Redux Toolkit for state management, as well as robust backend applications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to best practices, a security-first mindset, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in both frontend and backend development is required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality front end applications using React JS.
• Utilise Redux Toolkit for efficient state management.
• Design and implement high-performing backend applications.
• Ensure the security and performance of backend applications.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate AWS services.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with design and product teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Extensive experience with React JS and Redux Toolkit.
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies and AWS services.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to conduct thorough and constructive pull request reviews.
• A security-first mindset in all aspects of development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering is a plus.
