Senior Manager- Architecture And Delivery - Part-Time

Requirement

• Lead the architecture, design, delivery, integration, testing, and support of OSS Resource Inventory applications portfolio, including NGNIS, AWIS+, GISv2, and other minor applications.
• Translate marketing/business requirements and architectural designs into cost-effective technical, functional, and operational specifications, negotiating with vendors for solution delivery.
• Drive strategic initiatives to reduce costs and enhance service quality, ensuring vendor solutions are flexible, scalable, and meet operational needs.
• Manage a large, dynamic environment, driving delivery of small to complex business initiatives, collaborating with third-party vendors to achieve positive outcomes.
• Meet department KPIs for costs, delivery, and operational targets, contributing to company goals and strategies.
• Provide strong leadership to a team of solution designers and analysts, aligning with company mission and corporate goals, fostering team engagement and accountability.
• Engage stakeholders and vendors, presenting and influencing to ensure outstanding customer experience and build trust across.
• Develop and execute a coherent OSS Resource Inventory delivery strategy, ensuring projects meet quality, time, and cost objectives.
