Senior Manager – Enterprise GenAI Platform & Cloud Data Engineering - Part-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director to lead enterprise software, AI platform, and cloud data solution modernization. You will drive digital transformation, manage cross-functional engineering teams, and deliver scalable, secure, compliant technology platforms.

The role requires extensive experience in

Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, AI Governance, Cloud Architecture, Big Data, Enterprise Data Engineering, Product Management, and Software Delivery

within large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide software engineering and application development initiatives to deliver scalable solutions
• Manage multiple Agile delivery teams including software engineers, architects, DevOps engineers, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure timely project delivery
• Drive strategy, roadmap, implementation, and industrialization of enterprise AI platforms to enhance business capabilities
• Lead development and deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions to innovate enterprise applications
• Define and implement AI Governance, Responsible AI, security, compliance, and data governance frameworks to ensure ethical and secure AI use
• Design and implement enterprise cloud architecture using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support scalable infrastructure
• Oversee enterprise Big Data and Data Engineering platforms supporting mission-critical business applications for data-driven decision making
• Drive end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including architecture, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement to maintain high-quality software delivery
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, and platform transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation and Proof of Concept (POC) through production rollout and value realization to maximize business impact
• Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Manage vendors, project budgets, delivery schedules, and technology risks to ensure successful project execution
• Drive Agile delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, and engineering best practices to optimize development processes
• Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams to build technical capabilities and foster growth

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 18–20 years of progressive experience in enterprise software engineering, application development, cloud technologies, or digital transformation
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing large engineering teams
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes
• Strong experience delivering enterprise AI platforms and cloud-native applications
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
