• Responsible for end-to-end project management to ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to budget.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with clearly defined milestones, tasks, resources, and deliverables.

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and manage interdependencies.

• Ensure alignment across technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

• Establish and maintain a robust program governance structure, including reporting cadence and decision-making forums.

• Drive disciplined execution through structured planning, progress tracking, and milestone management.

• Demonstrated strong knowledge of project management methodologies, with PMP certification preferred.

• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in delivery and project management roles, preferably within large-scale projects.

• Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities.

• Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.

• Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure and ambiguous environments.
