Senior SOC Engineer (L3) – Incident Response & Detection - Part-Time

Role Overview: Looking for a hands-on L3 SOC Engineer (7+ years experience) to drive incident response, threat detection, and use case development across APAC.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead L3 incident response & root cause analysis
• Build and tune security detection use cases
• Perform threat hunting & SIEM optimization
• Use Python/Java scripting for automation
• Analyze logs, identify threats, and improve detection accuracy
• Support and guide L1/L2 SOC teams

Requirements:

• 7+ years in SOC / Cybersecurity / Incident Response
• Strong experience with SIEM tools and use case development
• Strong Linux knowledge
• Scripting in Python or Java
• Self-driven, autonomous, and proactive
• Cybersecurity experience required; banking is a plus
