Senior Subject Matter Expert (Trade, CASA Payment, Lending) - Part-Time

Lead IT project delivery and provide functional/technical SME support across Trade Finance, CASA, Payments, and Lending systems.

Work with business users, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution documents, system workflows, and implementation plans.

Coordinate system configuration, integration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support for banking application projects.

Review solution gaps, manage change requests, track defects, and coordinate issue resolution with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Support project governance by preparing status updates, risk logs, issue trackers, test progress reports, and implementation documentation.

Ensure delivered IT solutions meet business, operational, regulatory, and technical requirements while supporting continuous system improvement.
