• Lead end-to-end software analysis and architectural design activities, translating operational workflows into detailed systemic specifications.

• Manage user verification frameworks and validation protocols to ensure final features fully comply with institutional standards.

• Oversee environment stability by auditing system diagnostics and spearheading performance tuning initiatives to improve architecture reliability.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 6 years of professional systems analysis or IT project delivery experience within a large enterprise or state services ecosystem.

• Strong software development experience utilizing modern programming tools including web and object-oriented frameworks.

• Proven track record leading the full software development lifecycle from initial requirements gathering through to post-implementation support.

• Practical understanding of diverse delivery methodologies including agile and waterfall frameworks.

• Exceptional communication and documentation capabilities to compile structural blueprints, lead stakeholder discussions, and mentor junior technical analysts.
