Working for a banking client, you will be carrying out voice infrastructure support, administration , troubleshooting, etc
Responsiblities :
- Administering production issues arising from voice infrastructure
- maintaining and supporting Cisco telephony systems
- involved in admnistration and support of voice recording sysetms
- providing troubleshooting and problem resolutions to voice network issues
Requirements
- Min 5 years of experience with voice infrastructure
- good working experience with Cisco UCM (administration, support and troubleshooting)
- good experience in cisco gateway, SIP, MGCP, Analog gateway, PSTN (BRI, POTS line) and Cisco unified contact centre (IPCC, CVP, CUIC, WIM)
- experience with DECT Telephony and voicemail
- experience working with Call Attendant solutions
- knwoledge in monitoring tools such as LMS, tivoli or cisco prime
- experience with voice recording and Trader phone systems is a plus
