Responsibilities
• Manage service levels and KPI for the team • Assist in case coordination, incident management, and engagement with 3rd parties • Play a key role in incident management and case coordination • Support the service delivery team in managing resources, activities, and budgets • Maintain SLAs and prioritize resolution of issues • Facilitate engagement with 3rd parties • Develop and execute demand management processes • Provide training and education on project management requirements • Facilitate project governance and reporting • Create models to improve business decisions
Requirements
• 2-3 years' experience in service management • Experience in program coordination, case coordination, incident coordination, program & project management, and 3rd party coordination • Experience in working with industry leading service management tools • Experience in Excel and PowerPoint • Perform SLA and KPI reporting, trend analysis, and identify areas of improvement • Willingness to work 8:00AM - 5:00PM, 365 days support model, 5 days a week
