Key Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and custom applications.
• Design and implement workflows, integrations, REST APIs, and automation solutions.
• Support platform administration, incidents, requests, dashboards, and reporting.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, releases, testing, and deployments.
• Develop Performance Analytics dashboards and AI-driven solutions using Predictive Intelligence.
• Review code, mentor junior team members, and provide technical leadership.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and REST APIs.
• Experience with ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Integrations, and Reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Certifications
• CSA, CAD
• CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM
• CIS-Platform Analytics
• Predictive Intelligence and CMDB Certifications
