Sharepoint Administrator - Part-Time

- Design, build, and operate SharePoint Subscription Edition (SSE) farm (HA, security, patching).

- Provision and maintain farm roles: WFE, App Server, Search Server, Index Server, Office Online Server (OOS).

- Build SQL Server High Availability using SQL Server Failover Cluster Instance (FCI); coordinate storage, quorum, failover testing.

- Implement and troubleshoot Kerberos authentication end-to-end (SPNs, delegation, constrained delegation, double-hop scenarios).

- Execute performance/load testing using WAPT (test plan design, baselines, bottleneck triage, tuning recommendations).

- Apply hardening using CIS Benchmarks (OS + IIS + SQL + SharePoint layers), document exceptions, and drive remediation.

- Integrate and operationalize: SMTP relay, Splunk logging/monitoring, alerting/runbooks.

- AWS + On-prem delivery: deploy farms both on-premises and on AWS, including Load Balancer patterns and SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle (renewal, chain, cipher/TLS posture).
