SIM Operations Executive - Part-Time

About the Role

The SIM Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of SIM inventory, order fulfilment, and dispatch activities. This role ensures accurate stock management, timely order processing, and efficient coordination of shipments to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SIM inventory, including stock receiving, replenishment, and storage.
• Perform picking, packing, and labelling of SIM orders accurately.
• Coordinate daily dispatch activities with internal teams and courier partners.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory for replenishment.
• Support resolution of order or shipment issues when they arise.
• Ensure proper handling and security of SIM stock at all times.
• Support general logistics and warehouse-related activities as required.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary school qualification orequivalent.
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or dispatch operations is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems or Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit to handle packing and movement of inventory when required.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
