Software & Applications Manager - Part-Time

Job Description:

Lead the planning, development, implementation, and support of enterprise software applications, AI platforms, and data solutions. Manage cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions that align with business objectives. Oversee application architecture, product delivery, cloud platforms, system integration, vendor management, and operational excellence while driving innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to production deployment.

• Lead the development and support of enterprise applications, AI solutions, and data platforms.

• Oversee cloud-based applications, system integrations, and platform modernization initiatives.

• Manage project delivery, budgets, resources, vendors, and stakeholder expectations.

• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.

• Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous process improvements.

• Lead and mentor technical teams across multiple locations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 15+ years of experience in software application development, technology delivery, or IT management.

• Strong experience in enterprise applications, cloud technologies, AI/GenAI platforms, and data engineering solutions.

• Knowledge of GCP, AWS, Java, .NET, SQL, Big Data technologies, and cloud-native architectures.

• Proven experience managing large-scale technology projects and cross-functional teams.

• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Professional certifications in Cloud, Project Management, or IT Service Management are preferred.
